Cannabis Master Grower

**Job Summary**

The Cannabis Master Grower will oversee the daily operations of our cultivation facility, ensuring the production of top-tier cannabis while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires expertise in cannabis cultivation, leadership, and quality control.

*Common Duties:*
- Develop and implement cultivation plans, including strain selection, propagation, and growth cycles
- Manage and optimize growing conditions, including lighting, temperature, humidity, and nutrients
- Monitor plant health, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
- Lead a team of cultivation temp staff, providing training and guidance as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with the quality control team to develop and implement quality standards
- Conduct regular crop assessments, and crop steering
- Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to improve yields and product quality
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies

*Requirements:*
- 5+ years of experience in cannabis cultivation
- Proven track record of producing high-quality cannabis
- Strong knowledge of cannabis genetics, cultivation techniques, and pest management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance

*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Must be proficient in mother stock management, cloning process, deleaf/lollipop, trellis management, nutrient mixing, drying cannabis
- Experience with integrated pest management and sustainable growing practices
