Key qualifications include - A passion for working with and developing young minds - Excellent interpersonal communication skills with both adults and children - High school Diploma or HS taking advanced courses (college experience with early education courses a plus) - Desire to help children learn, and patience to work with while they develop the skills to focus and complete their work - Excellent Math skills and strong grasp of English language both spoken and written.
