**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in processes at the front desk.
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, adhering to sanitation standards.
- Assist clients in retail choices.
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance customer experience and increase retail sales.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Handle inventory management, including restocking products as needed.
- Support the team in maintaining appointment schedules and managing client flow.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or a salon environment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for building rapport with clients.
