**WE NEED YOU TO**
- Create, complete and monitor service requests
- Update internal databases with account information
- Act as a direct liaison between logistics brokers and clients for incoming shipments
- Build relationships with suppliers and other PMR departments

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO**
- Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
- Is proficient with computers and able to effectively work with multiple software
- Is comfortable with a CRM and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Is bilingual - English, French (Spanish - an asset)
- Has good priority management and the ability to multitasks
- Is comfortable to work independently in a fast-paced environment
