Our Boisbriand team is currently seeking an Operations and Deployment Clerk reporting to the Deployment Team Leader. The technician will be responsible for planning and coordinating the configuration and preparation of digital devices, as well as providing administrative support to the purchasing team. Your day-to-day Setup/downloading/extraction/transfer of data and multimedia content for media players Packing and labeling equipment Receiving and shipping merchandise Maintaining an up-to-date inventory Maintaining and updating various files and records, including supplier information, prices, and related products Coordinating supplier RMAs, replacements, costs, and handling fees Following up on purchase credits and returns to ensure accurate invoicing Assisting purchasing managers with the physical inventory of goods and equipment Managing incoming emails in the purchasing inbox and coordinating interdepartmental communications Your qualifications Knowledge/experience in the audio and digital signage industry is an asset Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and ability to learn and adapt to new software applications as needed Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience with Microsoft Windows suite, Office suite, Jira (an asset) Interest in the field of digital signage and audio systems Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and French) Organized, self-motivated, and proactive Comfortable in a fast-paced, informal work environment Ability to learn quickly and manage priorities Life at Stingray A cool office in Boisbriand Snacks offered every day Access to private nutrition & wellness advising 5@7 and vibrant social events And much more Stingray supports the principles of Employment Equity and is committed to ensuring our workforce is representative of the communities we serve and in which we operate.
