The chicken business is growing, and so is Chicken Farmers of Ontario **Office Coordinator** Reporting to the Office Manager, the Chicken Farmers of Ontario (CFO) Office Coordinator will be responsible for general reception duties, including in-coming and out-going mail; answering farmer inquiries; planning staff events and act as a back-up to the Assistant Board Secretary and other duties as assigned. **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES** **1. Administration** - Answer and direct general inquiries both at front reception and through telecommunication sources - Answer calls through CFO Connects (internal farmer support) - Process all incoming and outgoing mail items, including courier shipments - Prepare visitor name badges - Maintain staff contact list - Order office supplies and kitchen consumables as required - Order business cards and name tags as required - Monitor and maintain common areas (kitchen, servery, file rooms, reception) - Coordinate maintenance providers while on site ie: repair technicians, Shred-it, Swan Mats etc. - Organize Town Hall and District Community Representative meetings - Coordinate significant staff associate events, i.e., staff celebrations etc. - Assist Communications department with farmer phone campaign calls as required - Order catering for Board meetings and internal meetings - Track industry events and provincial Annual General Meetings - Back up for Assistant Board Secretary to organize meetings, including catering, agenda and document posting, minute taking **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** **Education**: **College Diploma in Office Administration** **Experience**: - 2-3 years Administration experience **Technical Skills** - Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) - Adobe Acrobat Software - Video conferencing software ie.
