- Conduct Pilates classes for individuals or groups, focusing on proper form and technique
- Understand musicality and how to cue on beat
- Provide guidance and support to clients during workouts, ensuring safety and effectiveness
- Demonstrate exercises and assist clients in performing them correctly
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment

**Requirements**:

- Certified Pilates/Barre/Yoga and or Group Fitness Instructor with a recognized certification program
- Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, techniques, and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Prior experience working with clients of different ages and fitness levels
- Professional and reliable work ethic
