We are also hiring for our Downtown location.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates/Barre/HIIT/Yoga Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to promoting health and wellness through engaging and effective fitness classes. This role requires a blend of teaching expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a welcoming environment for all participants. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as the ability to communicate in both English and French is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging Pilates, Barre, HIIT, and Yoga classes that cater to various skill levels.
  • Develop and implement class plans that promote physical fitness and well-being.
  • Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure participants understand exercises.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages participants to achieve their fitness goals.
  • Monitor participants' progress and provide personalized feedback to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to promote classes and events.
  • Uphold safety standards and ensure all equipment is used correctly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in teaching Pilates, Barre, HIIT, or Yoga classes.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced customer service opportunities.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Strong time management skills to effectively plan classes and manage schedules.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and motivate participants.
  • A valid certification in Pilates, Barre, HIIT, or Yoga instruction is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$49.89 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 10 per week
