Sterling Auto Body Inc. is looking for a **Claims Processor** to join our team. In this role, you will manage insurance claims, coordinate with insurance companies, and ensure timely and accurate claim processing for our customers. You will provide support throughout the process, from initial submission to claim resolution, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process insurance claims and coordinate with insurance adjusters.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates and support.
- Verify coverage, review repair estimates, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Follow up with customers and insurers to ensure timely payments and resolutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in claims processing, preferably in auto or insurance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and claims management software.

Pay: $19.55-$22.62 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
