**Responsibilities**
- Determine a client's eligibility before offering specialized immigration counsel and assistance.
- Respond to questions from clients and address any problems or worries right away.
- Ensuring that all client files and documentation are appropriately managed and kept up to date.
- Retain an updated understanding of all applicable laws, rules, and policies regarding immigration.
- Assist and keep clients informed at every stage of the immigration procedure.
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Word, Access, and Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in Immigration and Refugee Law.
- Previous experience working with LMIA and PNP.
- A Certification to Work as an Immigration Consultant (RCIC).

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON M2M 3W4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Immigration and Regufee Law: 2 years (required)
