**ABOUT US**

West Coast Pool and Spa Ltd. has been a leader in the pool and spa industry for over 40 years. We are growing and are looking to add additional permanent members to our team

**ABOUT YOU**

MAIN DUTIES
- Answering phones in a professional and courteous manner
- Communicating with both staff and customers efficiently and accurately
- Preparing contracts for customer to review
- Reviewing and correcting data entry
- Recording and maintaining information in our company database
- Overseeing the Customer Service Associate Team (currently 3 people)

Must Haves:

- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- The ability to prioritize daily tasks with mínimal supervision
- Be able to work under pressure during peak times
- Great attention to detail

Notes:

- The starting wage is $22/ hour while training/ on probation. This will be reviewed at the end of probation.
- This is an in-office position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
