**About Us**:
Hardy Johns Bar & Grill is a lively and energetic restaurant known for great food, cold drinks, and a fun atmosphere. We're on the lookout for someone eager to grow with us as a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator. This is a hybrid role where you’ll not only help drive our digital presence but also work hands-on in the restaurant, supporting service and operations as needed. We’re looking for an apprentice who is passionate, creative, and ready to learn, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Content Creation**: Create engaging, on-brand content for social media platforms (photos, videos, and graphics) that reflect our fun and vibrant atmosphere.
- **Social Media Management**: Oversee all social media accounts, schedule posts, engage with followers, and build our online community.
- **Marketing Campaigns**: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote specials, events, and daily offerings.
- **SEO & Website Optimization**: Support improving our online visibility through SEO strategies and website updates.
- **On-site Support**: Jump in where needed, whether it’s serving guests, helping with events, or other operational tasks around the restaurant.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor analytics, track campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions for future marketing efforts.

**Mandatory Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- **Proficiency in Photoshop, photo editing, and Canva**—strong design skills are required.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- **Experience with SEO best practices** and website content updates.
- Flexibility to support restaurant operations as needed.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- A self-starter who can balance marketing work with hands-on restaurant tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a creative eye for detail.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Interest in food & beverage and customer service.

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
