**Real Estate Marketing & Executive Assistant**

**Responsibilities:Marketing & Content Creation**:

- Create, review, edit, and optimize **marketing materials, campaigns, and digital content**:

- Generate engaging content for social media (WeChat, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), ensuring consistent branding and messaging
- Manage and update the company website, incorporating **SEO-driven written and digital content**:

- Develop and execute marketing initiatives for **events, seminars, open houses, and new listings**:

- Utilize graphic design and video production skills to enhance brand presence (preferred)

**Executive Assistance & Client Management**:

- Track, manage, and organize **incoming leads and prospecting opportunities**:

- Maintain and manage **CRM and client database** for streamlined operations
- Provide professional correspondence and customer service to new and existing clients
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate **events, meetings, and appointments**:

- Handle administrative duties, including preparing real estate forms, creating buyer/seller packages, and managing correspondence

**Qualifications**:
**Language Requirement**: Must be fluent in **Mandarin**
**Cantonese proficiency is a bonus**
**Strong interest in real estate, marketing, and content creation**
**Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese & English**
**Excellent organizational, time management, and computer skills**
**Proficiency in social media management, SEO, CRM, and content marketing**
**Experience in graphic design, videography, and digital marketing is an asset**
**Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment**
**A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
