**Position Summary**:
Our Marketing team is growing and we are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to join us as our **Marketing Assistant**.

As the Marketing Assistant, you will have the opportunity to assist the Senior Marketing Manager in creating and implementing marketing strategies and helping us achieve our business goals. This role is a fantastic opportunity to build experience in various aspects of marketing from digital and social media marketing, to print advertising and content creation in a fun and fast-paced environment.

**What you will be doing**:

- Monitor social media account, create content and engage with customers
- Assist with writing marketing and website copy
- Collaborate in developing & maintaining marketing projects and campaigns
- Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
- Work closely with sales, service and customer service teams
- Provide administrative and project support to the marketing team
- Support with website management including admin & updating, enhancing customer journey and online sales growth
- Actively engage with our social media audiences across numerous platforms to foster community growth
- Assist in creation of advertising materials such as brochures, digital & print ads, videos, and sell sheets

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing or related field
- Previous marketing experience (1-2 years preferred)
- Experience with Sprout Social & Google Analytics an asset
- Photography and/or videography experience an asset
- Graphic Design and/or Canva experience an asset

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Perform other duties as required
