About this team
**A day in the life**:
The lululemon Digital team is looking for a Lead Quality Assurance Analyst. In this role, you will own the testing capabilities across multiple programs/projects to communicate and influence key stakeholders to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will seek to understand project objectives, gather requirements, design automated tests, trouble shoot issues and implement scalable test solutions across the organization while providing guidance and standards to Quality Engineers to provide the highest quality for each release, support high quality automation test engineering, QA test practices and test strategy and principles.
- Plan test scheduled or strategies in accordance with project score or delivery dates; prioritizing work with general direction and mínimal supervision
- Develop high quality test engineering best practices, strategy and principles
- Devise and execute training to develop and elevate skills within the team
- Partner with Software Engineers, UX/UI, Quality Engineers and Product Managers to delivery high performing, quality customer experiences that are engaging, purposeful and powerful in their simplicity
- Participate in automation script code reviews and provide guidance on automation best practices
- Responsible for identifying gaps and needs of the agile team
- Coordinate various test-related activities for project delivery: identify task dependencies, test schedules, creation of test data and utilization of test environments
- Research, identify and implement newer testing technologies
- Assess readiness and deviation of project performance based on identified risk and testing results
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in QA
- 5+ years of experience as QA Lead
- 4+ years of experience with quality tools inclusive of test tools, software testing practices, developing, implementing, maintaining and managing manual/automated testing systems and environments
- Experience assessing risk and determining appropriate levels of testing
- Demonstrated skills using GitLab and JIRA
- Experience leading ambiguous situations, dealing with IT issues and creating effective solutions to ensure project deliverables are on time and within budget
- Able to effectively communicate across teams and roles
- Excellent presentation skills to present ideas to the working team and organization including testing topics to quality assurance peer group
- Strong collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills
