We provide flexible, powerful and cost-effective software, services and end-to-end support to help our clients deliver asset health and proactively manage equipment failure risks. Our flagship MAINTelligence software singularly manages all data received by inspections, predictive technologies and data historian methods. It translates that data into useful decision-making information for Plant, Operational, Maintenance and Reliability Managers.
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our leading development team. To build the next generation of products as well as maintain the legacy solutions for our valued customers. Your responsibilities are to develop, implement, and maintain quality policies and procedures related to software design, functional testing, and QA of our award-winning MAINTelligence systems.
**Responsibilities**
- In conjunction with development create test plans and test cases to conduct product testing.
- Design, develop and maintain test automation frameworks.
- Analyze business requirements and use cases to estimate efforts and develop test plans and strategies.
- Ensure high quality and accuracy of solution is maintained through different software product releases.
- Document test results & analyze with members of the development team.
- Analyze software problems and identify steps to reproduce software bugs.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing with internal staff and preferred customers.
- Work closely with ither team member to ensure that all development work has adequate test coverage.
**Skills & Competencies**
- 5+ years of experience in QA roles.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience on test automation scripting languages (Java/ Python/ C#, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
- Ability to understand system requirements.
- Enthusiastic to learn and grow.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with Microsoft operating systems.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GPC an asset.
- Experienced with documentation, test case development and familiarity with Bug/Defect/Error Tracking platforms.
- Experience as a QA team leader is a big plus.
