**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated **Junior Accounts Payable Clerk** to join our finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in accounting and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process vendor invoices and match with purchase orders and receiving documents
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of payables into the accounting system
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records
- Process employee expense reports
- Support the finance team with additional administrative tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or in progress)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Familiarity with Navision is an asset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
