**THE GIG**
We are looking for an amazing person to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk at our rockin’ head office in Hamilton, ON.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for:

- Totaling, batching, entering, verifying, and reconciling transactions for various accounts in the ERP;
- Preparing and review cheque runs;
- Responding to internal and external queries and statements;
- Handling vendor inquiries;
- Maintaining paid invoice files, including archiving or prior year files;
- Coordinating required vendor master changes/additions/deletions;
- Preparing HST/QST reports; and
- Other duties as assigned

**THE ROCK STAR**
- Previous Accounts Payable experience, preferred;
- Accounting diploma and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Accounts Payable;
- Must possess excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Must be fluent in English, spoken and written;
- Must possess strong time management and organizational skills, along with attention to detail and accuracy;
- Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality; and
- Previous experience with Sage300, an asset
