**What You Do**
- ** Entry level maintenance role - perfect for someone handy that wants to further their skills with an awesome team to learn from**:

- Nail it performing a variety of maintenance and construction tasks including carpentry, drywall, HVAC PM, painting, and minor plumbing
- Addressing guest needs/requests, like electronic equipment, sink and toilet plumbing, light bulb changes and entry locks access.
- Work with our third-party IT team, to ensure that all systems and maintained and functioning accordingly
- Work with management team to perform a verity of Preventive maintenance tasks, including winterization of buildings, painting of rooms and hallways, power washing of exterior, steam cleaning of carpets, auguring of plumbing, curb repairs, fence repairs and finishing, furniture maintenance and upkeep.
- Keep us safe by following and implementing WCB standards and championing our SWPs and internal safety program
- Assist in maintaining gardens, landscaping, and building exteriors
- Keep us on track by scheduling quarterly, bi-annual, and yearly PM work with partnering contractors as per our service agreements

**What You Need**
- ** Available for a variety of shifts - AM, PMs, Weekends (no overnights)**:

- The ability to work both independently and in a team setting
- First aid certification (an asset)
- A general understanding of IT hardware and software
- An understanding of major equipment, minor plumbing, electrical and HVAC or the willingness to learn.
- High level problem solving
- Strong communication skills
- General knowledge of SWP and safety standards
