**About Us**

Tiva is a dynamic business consulting and development firm specializing in startup incubation, daycare and senior care facility setup, and market entry strategy (GTM) for a wide range of ventures. We work across multiple sectors with clients who need hands-on project execution and regulatory support.

We are looking for a **Junior Project Coordinator** who is passionate about operations, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has **exceptional communication skills**.

**What You’ll Do**

You will be responsible for coordinating multiple client projects, from concept to execution, while ensuring that tasks stay on track and all stakeholders are informed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support project planning and execution for startups, daycares, and senior care facilities
- Communicate with government agencies to obtain licenses, zoning approvals, and permits.
- Coordinate with subcontractors (designers, contractors, consultants, etc.) to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Prepare and send clear, professional reports and updates to clients
- Assist in GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies for early-stage ventures
- Track tasks, update timelines, and flag delays or risks to management
- Conduct **site visits** as required to daycare or senior care facility locations
- Help improve internal project systems and workflows

- Comfortable speaking with government officials, clients, and vendors
- Self-driven and proactive; able to manage time with mínimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with a “get-it-done” mindset
- Willingness to grow and take on new responsibilities
- **Ability to travel to sites as needed — having a valid driver’s license and access to a car is a strong asset**

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with project coordination, operations, or startup environments
- Familiarity with licensing or regulatory processes in BC
- Knowledge of CRM tools, task trackers, or online collaboration tools
