**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **Junior Business Development Coordinator** who’s excited to dive into the digital creator ecosystem and help support partnership projects for Filmora and other creative product lines. This role is designed for **new graduates or soon-to-graduate students**, providing hands-on exposure to creator collaboration, partner outreach, and market research.

You’ll work closely with senior team members to support partner onboarding, communication, and project execution. If you’re curious about the creator economy, enjoy talking to people, and love creative tools — this is a fantastic entry point.

**Role Overview**

The Junior Business Development Coordinator supports the team in identifying potential partners, communicating with creators/agencies, and helping manage ongoing partnership activities. The role focuses on coordination, research, and execution rather than independent negotiation, making it well-suited for early-career talent.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with identifying and researching potential creators, agencies, and external partners
- Support outreach to KOLs/KOCs and assist in screening or initial communication
- Help coordinate onboarding processes for creators and external collaborators
- Collect and organize partner information, content samples, and proposal materials
- Maintain internal tracking systems (partnership pipeline, creator lists, contact logs)
- Assist in preparing partnership reports, creator performance summaries, and basic ROI tracking
- Collaborate with internal product and content teams to align partner resources with project needs
- Support day-to-day execution of campaigns, content tasks, or collaboration activities

**Requirements**:

- **Must be graduating in 2026-2027 and able to provide an academic transcript**:

- Passion for the digital creator ecosystem (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Behance, etc.)
- Interest in creative tools (video editing, design software, AI creation tools, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable reaching out to creators
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of tracking multiple ongoing tasks
- Self-motivated learner who enjoys exploring new platforms, tools, and creator trends
- Previous coursework, internships, or school projects involving media, marketing, or content creation are a plus (not required)

**Nice-to-Have**
- Experience with school clubs, student marketing projects, or campus content creation
- Basic understanding of AI tools, music/asset libraries, or digital media production workflows

Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
