Junior Construction Project Manager

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious junior professional looking to establish a career in the construction industry. We, Canadoo Enterprises Inc., are a Greater Vancouver-based general contractor providing quality services in residential and commercial new construction and renovations.

**Key duties**
- Plan overall construction projects: residential and commercial projects
- Design resource and budget requirements, cost estimates, and timelines
- Arrange vendor and construction material delivery for projects
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and client satisfaction

**Qualifications**
- Solid knowledge and experience in the construction industry is an asset (Not a must)
- Experience in construction project coordinator is an asset
- Ability to possess negotiation and self-management skills
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with customers and sub-contractors
- Quick learner, self-motivated team player with high energy and passion for succeeding
- Flexible with work hours (Regular work hour is 9am-6pm weekdays)
- Understanding Japanese culture is an asset
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken), Advanced in Japanese (spoken) is an asset
- Must have a BC Driver’s License
- Currently living in Greater Vancouver area or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
