Distribution Coordinator

We are seeking **a Distribution Coordinator, **who willwork the afternoon shift from TDG’s main hub, outside Orangeville, ON.

As an integral member of the Warehouse team, you will coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments as well as organize and prioritize the daily tasks of the afternoon shift.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to work 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm Monday to Friday (overtime as needed)
- Minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent
- Effective oral and written communication skills.

**Job Duties**:

- Prepares and coordinates the picking and loading of tires to customers and TDG Branches based on departure times and loading patterns using ERP/WMS, and delivery software.
- Prints packing list, pre-loads documents and final invoices for customers and TGD Branches.
- Processes customers pick up invoices, visually inspect tires at the door and collects payments from customers when necessary.
- Receives branch transfers, processes cross dock transfers and daily pickups from suppliers.
- Receive Vendor PO’s and check received quantities against PO’s.
- Fill wholesale orders once product is received into the warehouse and into the inventory.
- Manage short picks and problem solve the orders to ensure customers get product in a timely manner.
- Assists with data entry during cycle counts and annual inventory counts.
- Assist in maintaining inventory byreconciling variances, inputting data**.**
- Prepare courier labels online and prepare products for pickup.
- Provide information to the shift supervisor to resolve problems and identify warehouse improvements.
- Assist in ensuring maximum warehouse efficiency.
- Booking inbound loads and updating calendars.
- Manage and update loading dock board.
- Assist in RGA process. Taking calls, verifying, and receiving RGA’s once back to warehouse.
- Assist material handlers in loading of products.
