**Objectives**:
Administrative assistant coordinates activities and third-party personnel to the company in a professional manner, reporting to the Manager.

**Education**:
BA in Business administration or related fields.

**Skills**:
Telephone skills, customer service, attention to details Knowledge of billing and collections procedures, Word, Excel Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Intake new files into the system/database
- Assess clients for appropriate admission to service and liaise with a multidisciplinary

team.
- Responsible for intake of new clients and distribution new files to admi team for required services coordination
- Coordinate the care of client’s post-discharge, regularly assessing and assisting the healthcare team with the coordination of services.
- Ensure timely and appropriate paperwork/documentation.
- Develop strong relationships with providers to facilitate clinical services.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with clients, physicians, healthcare team and vendors, insurance companies and legal representatives while coordinating services
- Coordinate Health Bound Health Services such as Mental Health.
- Coordinating with the Booking team members to ensure the entire patient journey from start to finish is simple, accessible, customer-friendly, and efficient ensuring follow-up for upholding specific standards for messaging and protocols as set by Management.
- Maintain accurate notes regarding ordering and patient interaction.
- Facilitating booking process for scheduling all follow-up appointments.
- Assure that pending referrals are updated with written documentation
- Billing process

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
