We are looking for a Legal Clerk/Assistant to work in our Corporate department. The primary duties will be the preparation of Corporate Annual Resolutions/Minutes and billing, supervising completion of corporate files and corresponding with clients, other lawyers and third parties. Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Workday: 8-hour shift, Monday - Friday

**Salary**: $30,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
