Job Description: **MANAGER, ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS** Information Technology Greater Victoria or Vancouver Lower Mainland **The opportunity** As a member of the IT Management team, you lead the maintenance and management of our enterprise asset management software (Maximo), ensuring tangible benefits through technology enablement. You manage the technical, operational, and business interfaces, ensuring seamless coordination and communication among various teams. You also manage projects of continuous productivity improvement releases that have strategic impact across the organization. You collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and oversee the administration and configuration of metrics reporting and statistics for work performance. You work closely with internal and external (client/vendor) executives, leaders and service providers, to establish an industry leading Asset Management practice. Reporting to the Director, IT Enterprise Applications, your key areas of responsibility are: - Oversee overall data conversion and migration efforts ensuring seamless transition to Maximo - Oversee the development of interfaces to external systems and identify areas for customization and optimization, providing solutions that meet business requirements - Oversee system testing and development of reports for compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Formulate and define systems scope and objectives, based on user needs and business requirements - Development of metrics to monitor performance, identify quality and process improvement opportunities including the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) development and adherence to business processes - Liaise with business senior management to provide timely and correct information on the sustainment of the particular business function **What you bring to the team** - You have a Degree or Diploma in Business, Computer Science or an IT related field - Extensive experience in asset management, maintenance, operations, project management, procurement, internal audit, risk management, and business best practices in an operations environment - Maximo and/or Asset management certifications is preferred - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams - Demonstrated ability to foster positive and collaborative relationships with all stakeholders, building trust through goal alignment and transparency **Join us** If this sounds like your next great career move, please submit your cover letter and resume by **May 3.** **Additional information** - "We connect communities and customers to people and places important in their lives”_ - We appreciate the interest of all applicants; however only those selected for an interview will be contacted._
