**Responsibilities**:

- Perform prospective tenant reference checks.
- Prepare legal documents including lease agreements, amendments and renewals.
- Ensure immediate charges on accounts are prepared when necessary.
- Ensure all information is updated in the data management system.
- Track progress of lease agreement and renewal agreements.
- Prepare lease-related correspondence and notices to tenants including Welcome, Renewal and Termination letters.
- Respond to all leasing enquiries from tenants, other rental agencies and regulatory agencies.
- Maintain tenancy schedules and suite inventory control.
- Request rates for renewals and turnovers.
- Prepare weekly Traffic Reports.
- Manage parking allocation assignments and residential parking reports.
- Design and post advertising for rental properties on a regular weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure all online advertising is up to date and accurate.
- Meet the required deadlines for complete processing of leasing tasks and reporting.
- Prepare rental rate summary for budgets.
- Various administrative tasks.
- Work with Residential Property team on all enquiries.
- Perform leasing duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have excellent communication skills to liaise verbally and in writing with tenants and staff.
- Must be professional and team
- and client-service oriented.
- Above average data entry skills with high rate of accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, handle high volume workloads and multi-task daily activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills required.

**Salary**: $37,500.00-$40,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- Monday to Friday
