CLS Catering Services (part of LSG Sky Chef & Cathay Pacific) offers you the opportunity to be part of the inner workings of an exciting industry in a diverse and dynamic environment.

**Job Duties**:

- **Load Control**_
- Prepare and maintain Airline orders in the system.
- Generate, print and distribute Galley Tags, Galley Tag program and Airline Orders.
- Input data for meal cart and galley loading based on airline galley loading plans.
- Input catering load information at designated times throughout the day.
- Transfer information to various departments.
- Ensure all billing details are captured and recorded for each flight.
- Ensure incoming Customer Calls are logged.
- Answer and disseminate incoming telephone calls from the customer.
- Provide administrative support functions to both Production team and Operations team as needed.
- Coordinate meal increases/aircraft changes from customer requirements.
- Maintaining flight schedules.
- Other duties as assigned.
- **Scheduling**_
- Preparation of monthly staff shift schedules based on flight schedules.
- Maintain and update Daily shift schedules, taking calls from employees regarding shift times, absences, etc.
- Advising permanent and casual employees of their schedules (e.g. regular and overtime)
- Posting of final schedules after shift and vacation bids
- Ensure that all company policies are adhered to.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Skills and Abilities Required**:

- A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and database systems.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of English a must.
- Effective problem solving skills.
- Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and prioritize due to the time sensitive nature of the position.
- Detail orientated.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, communication skills
- Must be flexible with hours of work and adapt to schedule changes to accommodate operational requirements.
- Must be able to take direction from supervisory staff.
- Must be able to adapt to company directives and guidelines.
- Must have a positive demeanour and be a team player.
- Previous experience scheduling staff in a food service facility is an asset.
