presently seeking a** Development Coordinator.**

Reporting to the VP of Planning & Development, the **Development Coordinator**will help coordinate the
planning, development, and implementation of plans and projects across the portfolio.

**As The Development Coordinator, you will get to**:

- Coordinate multiple concurrent land development projects of various phases, scales, and complexity
- Provide land use policy and by-law reviews in support of active and prospective development projects
- Coordinate project budgets, schedules, and development programs
- Coordinate with various design consultants and subcontractors, including, but not limited to, architects,

engineers, landscape architects and interior designers, as well as other pre-construction disciplines such
as geomatic, geotechnical and environmental services
- Coordinate consultant scopes of work and proposals, and coordinate all aspects of contract
administration processes
- Coordinate team assignments, and develop project communication, documentation, and
associated administrative tasks such as project accounting and reporting
- Coordinate all aspects of jurisdictional approval processes, including, but not limited to, Site Plan

Approvals, Development Permits, Building Permits, and all other associated approval requirements
- o Liaise with permitting officials, including municipal, provincial or federal agencies
- Coordinate, conduct, and attend project meetings
- Prepare meeting minutes and agendas, and assist in project scheduling
- Assist in marketing and business development efforts
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum two (2) years of professional experience in land use planning, architecture, engineering,
- construction, real estate, or similar profession
- Proven track record of problem-solving skills and informed decision making
- Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Experience in coordinating and facilitating client, consultant and jurisdictional relationships
- Strong graphic and visualization skills: experience in the Adobe Suite of software is considered an asset
- Any related professional designations (MCIP, LPP, P.ENG., PMP, MRAIC, or similar) are considered an

asset
