**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role,
- Experience with databases, networks and patch management in Windows server and Linux
- Good knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery,
- Good experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems,
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving attitude,
- Reliable and trustworthy,
- An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment,

Role Overview:

- Manage network servers and technology tools,
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements,
- Configure software and services for backend server operations,
- Troubleshoot issues and outages,
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls,
- Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, security updates; support internet and network segments,
- Interact with Customer Support team and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed,
- Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups.

This is a remote work position. With occasional in-person meetups.
A company laptop will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
