- **Research, develop and implement learning experiences across the organization that support our staff. These learning experiences will help our staff to provide exceptional **_Care _**to our clients and community.**

**What will your typical day look like? There may be no ‘typical days’ in this role, but there will never be dull moment as you**:

- **Facilitates full cycle training and education: conducts needs assessment, research, design, training implementation, facilitation and evaluation for established Learning & Organizational Development priority programs**
- **Facilitates organizational e-learning by coaching course authors (content experts) on adult learning principles and virtual learning best practices**
- **Liaises with external education providers and consultants**
- **Facilitates the delivery of in-person education and team building experiences**
- **Promotes available educational opportunities using a variety of communication tools**
- **Administers the corporate Learning Management System in collaboration with the L&OD coordinator and responds to educational inquiries**
- **Facilitates virtual corporate orientation sessions**
- **Co-ordinates the analysis of workplace culture survey results with leaders and their teams**
- **Completes assigned projects using effective project management techniques including: creating project plans, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating project logistics, and providing resources to ensure project deliverables and timelines are on track**
- **Actively participates in managing external relationships with vendors to support the coordination and success of deliverables**

**What you will bring to the role**:

- **Bachelors Degree in adult education, organizational development, leadership, or a related discipline in the behavioural sciences**
- **Strong applied knowledge of instructional system design, adult learning, organizational behaviour, and applied change management concepts, as well as demonstrated project management and program evaluation skills**
- **Strong applied knowledge of Articulate and on-line learning development platforms**
- **Minimum of three years informal leadership experience utilizing learning and organizational development methodologies**
- **Demonstrated problem-solving and analytic skills**
- **Excellent interpersonal skills (both virtual and in-person) including presentation, group facilitation, and communication skills, to provide service to diverse populations of learners**
- **The ability to work independently but also enjoys the collaborative process, and eagerly partners with others at all levels of the organization to bring key initiatives to fruition**
- **Is an agile, resilient, adaptive problem-solver who sees challenges as opportunities**
- **Thinks systemically and understands how to leverage opportunities while also appreciating how organizational issues and challenges impact adoption of new concepts and practices**
