**Wage**: $15.00/hr + Tip Pool (Average Earnings $30-$50/hr)

Escape60 is hiring a **Bar Manager** to oversee bar operations, support our events and entertainment service model, and elevate the guest experience at one of Calgary’s most unique venues.

Escape60 is more than just an escape room. We offer an interactive, fully licensed experience that blends immersive games with craft cocktails and corporate events. Our bar is a central part of that experience — and we're looking for a skilled professional to lead it.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Oversee day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth service during regular hours and special events
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of bartenders and servers
- Prepare and serve beverages with consistency, speed, and flair
- Uphold and enforce standards for cleanliness, presentation, and customer interaction
- Monitor bar inventory, manage orders, and coordinate with suppliers
- Collaborate with event coordinators and the kitchen team to support group bookings and catered functions
- Ensure all alcohol service complies with local laws and company policies
- Jump behind the bar when needed to support the team during peak periods

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1+ year of bartending or bar management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A sharp eye for detail and quality control
- Experience with POS systems and basic cash handling
- Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume service environment
- Understanding of mixology and current drink trends
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a hands-on work ethic
- ProServe certification (or willingness to obtain)

- 3-month probationary period
- Tip Pool participation begins after 4-6 weeks of successful training
- Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays
