- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven business development or sales skills would be an asset
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of payroll/Payworks
- Ability to manage vendor relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
