**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Coding & Entering invoices for:
- Parts Inventory
- Operating Expenses
- Work Orders/Sublets
- Unit Inventory Chassis’ & Freight
- Banking Tasks - Clearing USD & CAD cheques, EFT’s, Credit Card, & Fuel payments- Print/Distribute weekly bank statements & perform Stop Pays / Online Payments as needed
- Prepare GST schedule for remittance bi-monthly
- Prepare PST claim backs for remittance annually
- Prepare & Pay All brokerage invoices (Livingston & Cole)
- Prepare Spreadsheets & obtain approvals for all Fuel cards
- Prepare Spreadsheets & Enter Monthly Credit Card statements
- Analysis of vendor’s monthly statements and reconciliation
- Cheque Batches - prepare remittances, prepare for signing, and prepare for mailing
- Weekly Quick Pay Batch
- Bi-Weekly Cheque Batch & EFT Batch
- Monthly F&I Products Batch
- All Filing tasks including:
- Outstanding invoices ready for payment
- Paid invoices
- Credit Card Statements
- Fuel Cards
- Assisting other A/P staff as needed and provide vacation coverage support
- Maintain accounts payable vendor files and records
- Year-end boxing and New Year file preparation/assist in moving boxes to storage area
- Identify process improvements
- Any other duties that may be required to support both the A/P & A/R Teams

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Practical work experience in an accounting environment, preferably with direct accounts payable experience.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Accounting certificate/Diploma would be an added asset
