**Job Overview**:
**The Head of Marketing will be a key member of the Tripshepherd leadership team, responsible for driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and overall growth through innovative and hands-on marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone who is not just a strategic thinker but also enjoys rolling up their sleeves and executing campaigns directly. You will be responsible for the entire marketing function, from digital advertising and content creation to analytics and customer engagement.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**-* **Marketing Strategy & Execution:*
**-* **Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Tripshepherd’s business goals.*
**-* **Directly manage all marketing platforms, ensuring optimal performance and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies.*
**-* **Content Creation & Management:*
**-* **Oversee the creation of high-quality content for various marketing channels, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.*
**-* **Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure that all marketing materials are aligned with our brand voice and visual identity.*
**-* **Analytics & Optimization:*
**-* **Regularly analyze marketing performance data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for better ROI.*
**-* **Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust marketing strategies accordingly to meet business objectives.*
**-* **Brand Development & Customer Engagement:*
**-* **Enhance and protect Tripshepherd’s brand, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.*
**-* **Engage with customers through social media and other platforms, building a loyal community and gathering valuable feedback.*
**-* **Collaboration & Leadership:*
**-* **Work closely with the sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.*
**-* **Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.*
**-* **Budget Management:*
**-* **Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) for all marketing activities.*
**Qualifications**:
**-* **5+ years of experience in a marketing role with a strong emphasis on hands-on execution, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or related industries.*
**-* **Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive growth and brand awareness.*
**-* **Strong content creation skills, with experience managing content across multiple channels.*
**-* **Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms to track performance and make data-driven decisions.*
**-* **Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.*
**-* **Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for storytelling and brand building.*
**-* **Ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as lead and mentor a team.*

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
