We are presently seeking an **Office Administrator (Part-Time)** to join our remarkable team.

This part-time position resides on-site two days a week, specifically on Fridays, with flexibility for the other day.

**Position Overview**

Drawing on your knowledge and experience with a broad range of administrative tasks, we are looking for a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the smooth functioning of our office, handling diverse responsibilities to ensure operational efficiency and support a positive working environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Process customer invoicing including milestones, parts orders, T&M billing
- Process vendor invoices
- Monitor monthly contractor actual hours against invoices from vendor to ensure hours are accounted for in the internal time clock
- Follow up on any past due customer payments
- Assist with arranging flight, hotel, car rental and airport shuttle as needed for employee travel needs
- Monitor incoming and outgoing mail; receive and sign for mail/packages from couriers and deliver to proper recipient
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer incoming company telephone calls as needed
- Responsible for accounting department filing

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in Administration and Accounting environment
- Ability to interpret sales proposals, budgets and customer purchase orders
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Business Vision or other accounting package systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to communicate with customers and vendors in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively within a multi-discipline environment
- Ability to independently complete all specific responsibilities
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 16 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Puslinch, ON (required)
