SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
As an Administrative Assistant Summer Student, you will be supporting the daily functions of both our operations and sales teams. This position provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

- Provide general administrative support including filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Create, maintain, and update databases to support operations
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and internal documents
- Assist in the preparation of client quotations and proposals
- Support the operations and sales teams with day-to-day tasks and project coordination
- Other duties and special projects as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

- Pursuing a post-secondary education
- English, basic proficiency verbal and written
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills
