Job Summary
Reporting to the VP, Regional Sales, the Account Manager brings a solid understanding of building relationships to maximize customer satisfaction when conducting sales calls to increase market share and meet targets. The role will be accountable forWest of Quebec City, Portneuf, Central Quebec, Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, North Shore & Abitibi.
Job Duties
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, conduct sales calls, and expand customer relationships to achieve market share and volume targets
- Provide superior internal and external service to maximize customer satisfaction
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Sagen products/services
- Identify and fulfill training needs for account base
- Manage and control expense budget for maximum return
- Ability to work effectively in diverse teams
Job Requirements
- Bilingual in both English and French
- Proactive approach with clients with the purpose of increasing market share
- University degree, preferably in business
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in the financial services industry (preferably mortgage lending)
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques (particularly relationship selling), and customer management
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, presentation and computer (MS Office) skills
- Ability to produce results with minimum supervision, in a fast-paced changing environment
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrates problem solving / analytical skills
- Travel required within region
