**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Duties and Responsabilities**:

- Develop relationships with key influencers within CARSTAR’s major insurance accounts with a core focus on National Program Managers, Insurance Vendor Managers and Appraisal Unit Managers
- Develop innovative solutions to add value and respond to the needs of the insurance partners
- Coordinate and participate in quarterly/annual meetings to review KPI’s
- Seek out new sales opportunities with insurers
- Help maintain the visibility of CARSTAR by participating in industry events including broker, insurer, and collision industry functions
- Liaise and maintain effective communications with CARSTAR Franchise Partners (i.e. fielding inquires, communicating and coaching store owners to success)
- Work with CARSTAR’s Area Managers and Zone Directors in executing marketing campaigns & training programs
- Primary manager to key insurance accounts
- Primary accountability for Requests for Proposals or Request for Interest (RFP and RFI) and the agreement and negotiation development process in assigned territory/accounts
- Manage contract negotiations between CARSTAR and insurance companies
- Travel required for client meetings and industry conferences and events

**Skill and Competencies**
- Bilingual - fluent in French and English
- College or university degree with background in business preferred
- Experience in the Insurance Industry
- Knowledge of ADP and Mitchell estimating system
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft office and CRM
- Experience within the collision industry is an asset
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, other stakeholders.
- Able to effectively communicate key information to all audiences.
- Strong consultative skills.
- Excellent negotiation and diplomacy skills, with a high degree of tact and persuasiveness.
- Ability to present and promote CARSTAR to large and diverse audiences.
- Ability to write clear and concise value proposition statements.
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to coordinate, organize and present product demonstrations and other events.
