Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Lead Generator to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Generator at Virtual Method, you will be responsible for generating leads and scheduling virtual or in-person business-to-business (B2B) meetings with executives of small and medium businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively reach out to potential clients, primarily targeting small and medium businesses, to schedule B2B meetings.
- Utilize Virtual Method's sales methodologies and tools to effectively present our services and solutions during client meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, driving business growth and expansion.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation.
- A Minimum of 3 years in Telemarketing Lead Generation
- Linked-In Lead Generation Experience
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and solutions to executives.
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Familiarity with the small and medium business landscape and an understanding of their unique challenges and opportunities.
- A passion for sales and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Base salary plus commission
- Expected earnings of 40K to 60K
- Opportunity for professional growth and advancement within the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
