**General Labour (Warehouse)**

**The Role**:
We are seeking a General Labour to join our Warehouse team and work in a professional, yet entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Record and sort all units handled, moved, and unloaded from containers
- Organize stock within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated location
- Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensure all goods are in excellent condition
- Provide quality service by following organization standards
- Record keeping skills necessary to provide accurate information for managers regarding warehouse inventory
- Physically unload containers and transfer loose loads to pallets for delivery as needed
- Preserve safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, workstations and dock neat
- Promote clean shipping dock area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Check incoming inventory for accuracy and correct errors when needed
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Compliance with all safety policies including all Company operating policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned

**Working Conditions and Qualifications**:

- Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently, with previous forklift experience being an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and primarily work in a standing position.
- Demonstrates a can-do attitude, with a proactive and positive approach to tasks.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, actively contributing to a cooperative work environment.
- Willing and eager to learn, and open to cross-training in various areas of the warehouse.
- Embraces future growth opportunities within the company.
- Takes pride in accuracy, is a quick learner, and is a reliable team player.
- Dedicated to health and safety.
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently.

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
