**Junior Marketing Assistant**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you will be an integral part of our marketing efforts, supporting various campaigns, social media platforms and administrative tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about marketing to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the creation and editing of marketing materials such as social media posts and website updates and other promotional collateral.
- Keeping an eye on social media activity and responding to requests, messages comments and more.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing meetings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Help to monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, and managing correspondence.

**Requirements**:

- Strong passion for marketing with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of design software/tools like Canva is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in marketing
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Previous internship or work experience in marketing or a related field is desirable but not required.
