Capital Ford Lincoln Collision Center has a permanent full-time position open for a Customer Service Representative. As a representative of Capital Collision Center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our valued clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding body shop services, pricing, repair processes, and estimated timelines
- Schedule appointments for vehicle inspections, repairs, and pickups, efficiently managing the body shop's calendar and ensuring optimal utilization of resources
- Collaborate with the body shop team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the repair process, providing updates to customers as needed
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the company's reputation
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, repair orders, and billing information
- Coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage Collision Center loaner vehicles ensuring customers transportation needs are met
- Educate customers on preventive maintenance measures and additional services that can enhance the longevity and appearance of their vehicles
- Uphold the company's policies, procedures, and ethical standards

Qualifications:

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a body shop or automotive environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult or upset customers with empathy and professionalism
- Proficient computer skills and experience using (CRM) software or similar tools
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, demonstrating a positive attitude
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Valid drivers license with clean abstract
