**The position**:Office Administrator

**Location**: Headingley, MB

**Reporting to**:Office Manager

**Hours**:Monday - Friday + 1 Saturday per month.

**The Job**
- General administrative duties associated with Timed Auction.
- Providing a high level of customer service.
- Intra-office organization and filing.
- Cash handling.
- Reporting.

**The Person**:
We're on the lookout for an outgoing and detail-oriented individual to join our Office Administration team.

**Essential Requirements**
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Proficiency in entire Microsoft Office Suite, with attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Confidentiality and the ability to communicate at all levels across all sites.

**Desirable Requirements**
- Previous experience in the auction industry.
