Our Integrated Security team focuses on designing, installing, and maintaining complex security solutions for our clients. As a Sentinelle Security Technician, you will be responsible for reviewing, understanding, and implementing installations according to plans provided by our Project Managers and Sales Teams.
- **Primary Duties And Responsibilities**:

- Installing and servicing electronic security systems, including IP access control, IP video & intrusion alarm systems.
- Pre-wiring, installing, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Prepares and executes Acceptance Testing Plans that meet contract, client and future service needs.
- Relationship building with clients and prospects for future opportunities.
- Administrative duties including project updates to Project Managers, completing and filing all project documentation.
- **Job Qualifications**:

- Hands on experience with security industry standards, access control, IP video & intrusion systems.
- RBH, Kantech, DSC, Bosch, DMP, Honeywell, HIK Vision, Avigilon certifications.
- Knowledge of ULC, CFAA, NFPA regulations would be an asset.
- Excellent inter-personal, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with other technical resources in resolving issues.
- Must be able to work both independently and as a team member.
- Composed demeanor, positive attitude, willingness to learn better yourself on a daily basis, and customer-oriented approach.
- Exercises good judgment and uses discretion.
- Ability to keep processes moving forward and take initiative as appropriate.
- **Education/Experience**:

- Computer Electronic / Digital Electronics/ degree or Access control certification preferred
- Minimum of 2-4 years in a support related environment.
- Valid CCQ / BSP Cards is a MUST

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
