**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and qualify prospective customers using databases, referrals, and other resources.
- Set up and attend appointments to present our products and services.
- Represent Oasismade at trade shows, in-person meetings, and presentations to showcase our offerings.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Accurately provide product and service information to potential and existing customers.
- Prepare detailed sales and customer interaction reports for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and achieve business goals.
- Handle other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (packaging or private-label product experience is a strong asset).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of setting and achieving sales goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a solid understanding of the sales process.
- Experience managing a book of business is highly desirable.
