**The Account Executive** will understand “go to market” strategy and enhanced customer profiling using Data, Social Media, and advanced base selling. You are digitally driven

As a member of our high performing R3 Team, you will be accountable for the growth of sales of a variety of Products including Janitorial and Sanitation, Disposable Food Packaging and Cleaning Chemicals and Tools; with a focus on the Montreal and Quebec regions.

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Increase sales through greater penetration with existing accounts and new account acquisition
- Actively Foster Key Customer Relationships and Realize Future Growth Potential
- Plan the work and work the plan every day
- Actively participate in Customer Blitz with your eye on the prize
- Grow territory with topline and bottom line results

**_Requirements:_**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related - preferred
- Must be fully bilingual (French and English)
- Must have 2+ years of inside/outside sales experience
- Ability to effectively plan weekly and daily activity directed towards targeted sales opportunities
- Effectively develop knowledge and skill levels
- Computer literate in a Windows operating environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and AS400
- Self-starter who takes initiative and maintains excellent follow-through and follow-up
- Strong Organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Work effectively in situations that involve change and/or competing demands
- Perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient handling of all confidential and time-sensitive material
- Strong Results - Orientation and Sense of Urgency
- High level of Personal Accountability
- Ability to Identify and Prioritize Key Initiatives
