**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Website Management**:
- Troubleshoot website issues, liaise with developers when necessary, and manage website performance.
- Assist with product listings, pricing updates, and digital catalog management.
- Optimize website functionality and user experience to improve accessibility and engagement.
**Service & Order Fulfillment**:
- Process customer orders for digital and physical products, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers for shipping and tracking physical product orders.
- Manage access and distribution of digital licenses and subscriptions.
- Handle customer inquiries related to order status, product access, and service fulfillment.
**Customer Support & Communication**:
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product development) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain FAQs and support documentation for customers and internal use.
**System & Data Management**:
- Monitor and maintain e-commerce platform integrations, ensuring smooth transactions.
- Track and report on order fulfillment metrics and website performance.
- Manage CRM and customer databases, ensuring accurate records of purchases and support interactions.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Experience in website administration (WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and digital product fulfillment.
- Proficiency in customer service tools (Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or website troubleshooting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the education technology or publishing industry is a plus.
