**Responsibilities**

As the Marketing Administrator, your role will include:

- Planning, execution, and management of marketing initiatives and campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Testing, measuring and reporting marketing results on a timely and consistent basis.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
- Content creation, including blog posts, videos, press releases, customer testimonials, customer case studies, and web page content.
- Social media management and active engagement across social media.
- Website SEO management, tracking, and maintenance
- Website page edits, website page creation within the existing Hubspot CMS.
- Collaborating with external vendors and marketing agencies regarding strategies and content.
- Event management and attendance, including in-person events, online webinars, and industry events.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work on their own
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Hubspot CMS and Hubspot Marketing Automation platform
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM strategies
- Experience with graphic design and digital content creation resources

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
