**This position is based in the Halifax, NS area. While it can be performed remotely, the individual who fills this position will need to be on-site for select events at designated locations**

Over The Edge is the world’s leader in urban rappelling experiences. We operate Altitude Zones across North America, where people challenge their limits by rappelling from landmark buildings, all in a safe, professionally managed environment.

We operate Altitude Zones in cities across North America and are launching a new one in your city We're looking for a passionate, community-oriented team member to help build awareness, drive sales, and support event execution in this unique, flexible, part-time role.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Sales & Outreach**
- Promote Altitude Zone experiences to local businesses, schools, and community groups
- Build relationships with companies to sell team-building events
- Attend community events and trade shows to generate awareness and leads
- Support sales presentations and coordinate bookings

**Event Coordination Support**
- Serve as a local point of contact to help facilitate successful events
- Assist with on-site activations when needed

**What You Bring**
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales, customer service, or outreach experience (formal or informal)
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Flexible availability, including occasional weekends
- Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Comfort with both independent work and being part of a remote team

**Details**
- Job Type: Part-time
- Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour (Dependent on experience) + commission
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
- Location: Remote/local hybrid (must be located in or near Halifax)
- Supplemental Pay: Commission pay
